Only one "registered user" allowed per person, company or organization. And, you must have a residence in the U.S. and a U.S. Bank Account to use our services. (NOTE: Any other use must be in writing and approved by authorized Checks Only Officers.)
If you are signing up under a business or company name, you are required to use an email address with a domain name that includes the business or company name. In such case you do not have an email address with your business or company domain name, you must use your personal legal name. (NOTE: Any other use must be in writing and approved by authorized Checks Only Officers.)
If you are signing up using an email address provided by any of the free email services such as Yahoo, Gmail or Hotmail, your registration maybe delayed or even cancelled, unless Checks Only can positively identify the information you provided during your signup.
By signing up with Checks Only, you are stating that all the information you provided is true and correct, and that you realize that if you provide any false or fraudulent information, that not only will your access be denied, but your information, ip address and all pertinent data could be immediately forwarded to all local, state, and federal law enforcement agencies for criminal procecution.
All users of this service, whether a "registered user" or a "non-registered user" or a " sender" or a "receiver" agree to the terms and conditions of use and service as contained herein.
A "registered user" is considered anyone signing up and registering with Checks Only by submitting our online registration form and confirming their email address.
A "non-registered user" is considered anyone using the services of Checks Only in any capacity for any reason with or without regard to the actions of a "registered user" or a "sender" or a " receiver".
A "sender" is considered anyone submitting check data thru this service.
A "receiver" is considered anyone receiving check data thru this service.
It is the "registered user" and/or the "non-registered user" and/or the "sender" and/or the "receiver's" responsibility to verify any individual, company, product, or service which said party uses Checks Only services for. And Checks Only neither endorses, or guarantees any party's use of it's services. Checks Only just provides this automated instant check payment system. As a user of Checks Only, you must be sure you are satisified with the credibility of the party you are dealing with in respect to the actual transaction and services herein.
If you are sending an instant check payment to anyone, it is your responsibility to verify the credibility of the party you are submitting your check data to.
If you are receiving an instant check payment from anyone, it is your responsibility to verify the credibility of the party you are receiving the check data from.
No spamming or your "registered user" access with be cancelled.
Our banners, your banners, our text links, your text links, blind links, redirect links, meta-refresh links, search engine listing links, directory listing links, classified ad listing links, email links, etc or any method of linking to your "registered user" secured form for accepting instant check payments are allow to be used to promote your products or services for receiving instant check payment thru our service for your products or services, EXCEPT ANY TYPE OF SPAM!!!
As a "registered user" you are allowed access to our instant check payment system, and access to all the features and benefits of this system as long as you do not violate any of our terms and conditions.
Under NO circumstances may you use this program to advertised on sites or accept instant check payments on any site that contains child pornography, bestiality etc., and any illegal or unethical sites.
We do not allow email spamming or any other such practices that could reflect negatively on our program. Failure to comply to this request will result in the immediate cancellation of your "registered user" access and you will not be allowed to use our service again, and any attempts to continue to use or re-sign up under another identity will cause us to pursue you until we enforce ALL maximum civil and criminal penalties available to prosecute you.
We reserve the right to cancel this program at any time, without prior notification. In such cases you will be notified immediately!
Checks Only reserves the right to terminate your "registered user" access if it is idle for more than three months. In such cases you will be notified in advance.
We reserve the right to deny any user admittance into our program for any reason, based on the content of their website, use of our service, or for any other reason.
We reserve the right to change our terms of service, or terms of use anytime. And, it is your responsibility to check back here for current terms of use and service as it will change and be updated occassionally.
As a "registered user" You agree to pay us $9.95 per month billed annually after the free trial period of one month. (30 Days). If you do not notify us that you want your "registered user" access cancelled on or before the day your free trial expires, you will be required to pay $9.95 per month billed annually till such time as you notify us that you no longer want to use our service.
As a "registered user" You are also eligible to participate in our profit sharing program. To continue participating in our profit sharing program, you must be a "registered user" in good standing . To be in good standing, and continue participating in our profit sharing program, you must not violate any of our terms of use and service policy, and you must stay current on your Checks Only "registered user" invoices. Being current means not going over 10 Days past due when your invoice is due. If you are not current you will be cancelled as a "registered user", denied access to the Checks Only System, and not eligible for any profit sharing participation.
Any instant check payments sent or received thru our system are the sole responsibility of the party receiving such payment as to the validitity and acceptability of it by the U.S. Banking System. We have taken precautions to provide you with an instant check payment service which attempts to authenticate such transactions, but the duty of responsibility relies upon the party who receives and attempts to cash such a check payment. The receiver of the instant check payment is solely responsible for any cost, charges, or fees, related to use of such an instant check payment provided thru Checks Only System, and Check Only claims no responsiblity for anybody's use of our system. And, as a user of this system, you agree to accept ALL responsibility related to the use of our system to send or receive any instant check payments. If your use of this system or service causes damage, harm, injury, or fatalities, you and not Checks Only or it's employees, agents, or it's distributors, assume the entire risk and costs involved with sending or receiving instant check payments thru our system. Your use of this system declares you agree to and abide by all our terms and conditions.
Under no circumstances are you allow to use this service for ANY fraudulent or illegally purposes. WARNING! WE WILL PROSECUTE ALL FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE UNITED STATES LAWS!
